Upon request, I home-made a tart....completely from scratch and without the help of a food processor. Yes, that means cutting the butter in by hand! It turned out great, several hours later, except the crust (great taste but the thickness and texture need a bit of work). Attempt one: finished....many more to come! Invite me over & I will bring one if you give me enough notice!
